INTRODUCING MOHAMMED IQBAL - DMS TEAM

Mohammed Iqbal

Meet Mohammed, Technical Director at DMS and one of the longest-serving members of the team, with 15 years at the company. His role spans everything from day-to-day technical oversight to longer-term planning, helping ensure customers receive a consistent, high-quality service across support, projects, and our in-house software.

Most mornings begin working from home, where Mohammed reviews the helpdesk system and emails to make sure urgent issues are prioritised and new tasks are scheduled or responded to quickly. This ties into our daily morning engineer meetings, where he helps align workloads, priorities, and project focus across the team so the right people are on the right work.

Across the week, Mohammed’s responsibilities cover a broad mix of technical leadership and hands-on involvement. He supports project delivery, providing direction on solutions and stepping in where deeper expertise is needed. He also plays a key part in the pre-sales process, offering technical input to make sure recommendations are practical, scalable, and fit for purpose. In addition, he supports our in-house software and handles ticket escalations—often the more complex issues that need careful analysis and a steady approach.

Outside of work, Mohammed enjoys painting, mainly in watercolours. When the weather’s on his side, he also likes to play golf and tennis.

With 15 years at DMS and a calm, methodical approach to problem-solving, Mohammed brings technical depth, structure, and clear direction to the team—and helps keep delivery standards high across everything we do.
